| The Falkland Islands were visited by Charles Darwin in the 19th Century and were found by him to contain examples of flora and fauna not found elsewhere. PORT STANLEY is the capital of the Falkland Islands, and we will also visit WEST POINT where macaroni, rockhopper and gentoo penguins abound and where we will find a large albatross colony. |
